In both those games, the opponent had high yardage numbers in rushing against Tiger D. That usually points to an issue with gap integrity.
Other team's OC can help scheme against by running mis-direction to exploit it. Cutbacks, counters, delayed runs all are ways to attack defenses with poor gap integrity.
I think reviewing the tape, this might turn out to be glaring issue. Fatigue on the D-line can contribute to this. Tired players sometimes have difficulty in fighting to keep their gaps intact.
