He wouldn't be in the Top 25 of most teams' QB boards.

Lol

He’s a 3rd-4th rd pick and will flirt with the top 100.

He is young for his grade too. He’s only 1 year older than Nussmeier in age.

Perhaps you've found some projections that I haven't. Care to share?

Mel Kiner had him QB9 last week. But I didn’t have to see that. Already knew where he stood

Yes, clearly the NFL is looking for a QB that can't read a defense, can't see open receivers, is run first mentality, and can't throw the ball down the field accurately. LOL

Most of you aren't considering that he could quite possibly play in the NFL as a wide receiver. He's got the speed and agility to fair well there.

No one is drafting him. He’s an athlete, but not a highly rated QB. If he comes back, he might improve his draft position.

How would he do this if he does not start?

I don’t see how Richardson would get a higher grade than JD.

If the NFL does not want a QB that cannot read a defense, see open receivers or throw downfield, but instead opts for the run, why does a LSU coach prefer that kind of QB over one who can do all those things? Sure, Nuss is not perfect, but he is improving in all QB attributes.
BK sees practice, but everyone can see real game performance.

How can you watch RS freshman Nuss light up #1 Georgia and think that?

QB's in the NFL have to have arm strength. JD has a lot of good qualities, but arm strength is not one of them. He under throws every pass that is not a 15 yd hitch. Sorry but he has zero future as an NFL QB. Maybe as a WR. He has good speed and good hands, most likely.

Most players that opt for the draft have a realistic shot at being drafted.

about the same percentage of him keeping the starting QB job..... Nuss is NOT the future, WALKER HOWARD IS, Jayden returns and will NOT beat out Walker....

We finally beat Alabama with a QB not named Joe Burrow for the first time in over a decade and this is the respect that he gets
