He said both, but the new speculation was the possibility of it being a property crime.
Still not sure what that means bc they said it wasn’t a robbery.

Pissed off landlord? Upset roommate? Another tenant if it was a multiple unit rental?

Seems like the mayor is a little out of his depth. I don’t know if he’s throwing out his own guesses and theories, or if he’s responding to questions from the press.

Either way, he’s not doing anyone any favors jumping to his own conclusions and putting them on record in the public domain
