Problem for me is running him I think would result in Biden or Newsome being the President which we cannot have. Electability does still matter.

Agreed. I saw a retired gentleman in a store a few hours ago with a DeSantis for President hat. The old guys won’t vote for Trump because of his antics and their wives will follow suit. I hate it, but it’s just reality

The answer to this question is it hurts his chances of being elected

Not going to read all that ...

Trump added $ 6 Trillion to the national debt. Said never again and then ... did it again. Please don't tell me it was the RINOS. He could have vetoed those bills.

He flip flopped on a bill that would have finished the wall. His own staff had to tell him to cool it. He should have been able to get it done but failed.

He needs to go away. We need somebody who is serious about fixing the deficits and dealing with the national debt.

He did not drain the swamp ... now it is time for someone who will get it done.

The loyalty thing is just weird as hell. Politicians are choices to me, nothing more. If they're the best choice they get my vote, if they're not they don't. Someone might be the best choice in one election but not the next one.

They don't know you exist. It's not a virtue to be loyal to someone you don't and will never know regardless of their performance or the other options available to you. It's just strange and sad.

This matters to people that aren’t assholes.

I’ll vote for him against Biden (again), but if I had my way I’d propose this: As President, Donald Trump can continue being a drama Queen and a crybaby and keep pissing everyone off (all the behavior his followers champion) as long as his policies are in America’s best interest and if he lets me hit him really fricking hard in the face one time.

Deal. MAGA 24.

I stated it yesterday. I'll state it again.

Yes, Trump would always be surrounded by drama. So what? He says stupid things and pisses people off. So what?

During his presidency, he tried to put in a border wall. He was thwarted by Dems and weak globalist RINO's that just want to sell out the USA for profit and to appease globalist corporations.

During his presidency, we achieved:

1. A fantastic level of foreign cooperation, peace and stability.
2. He had the balls to kill Iran's top general.
3. The economy under Trump was unlike any I'd ever experienced in my 66 years. Amazing!
4. Business investment and money returned to the U.S.
5. Unemployment was at the lowest in our recorded history.
6. He correctly called out the Bidens' corruption in Ukraine and China.
7. He unapologetically called out China's monetary policy manipulations and responsibility for the Covid-19 virus.
8. He managed to get Europe to start paying their way for NATO security.
9. He correctly forecast the control Russia would have over Europe if Europe contracted for their energy needs with Russia.
10. He removed impediments and the USA became energy independent.
11. He single-handedly developed the opportunity to take North Korea from being an existential threat to world peace to one of cooperation, talks and friendship.
12. He got us out of never-ending war.

frick all ya'll that forget this. The only thing preventing Trump from even greater successes were the RINO's like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, plus Dems and their constant Russiagate witch hunt and failed impeachment farces.

Donald Trump was one of the best presidents this country was fortunate to have ever had in the Oval Office.

frick the static noise, frick the social media gaffes he makes, frick the Dems and RINOs who will fight against him and frick all you pussy-assed posters who fall prey to the media catfishing that seeks to paint Big Dick Ron as somehow the better, more electable alternative. That same media will do ANYTHING to tear Ron down if he is the nominee.

Yes, Trump makes me shake my head at his gaffes, but he did more for me, my family and our universal desires for a better USA than any president before, save maybe Ronald Reagan.

I'm riding with Trump all the fricking way! You bitches that turn your back on him because of optics, or because he speaks his mind, ya'll can just go to hell.

Place HubbaBubba anywhere in your administration President Trump.

Cool, so he can't build the wall because excuses? How does that change in 2024?

Destroyed under Biden.

Destroyed under Obama.

Look, i agree that Trump's EO's were great. But, he didn't codify shite. If he did, then maybe we wouldn't be dealing with half of the hell this current admin has put upon us.

And that lasted a total of maybe 4 years. Trump's legacy is SC justices (which are mostly good) and indictments. Everything else you just said, went out the window day 1 of the Biden presidency.

Yeah, it's brainwashing to be critical of a presidency that you voted for twice, but can still recognize the shortfalls and failures of that presidency.

What is definitely NOT brainwashing is clapping like seals at anything pro-Trump.

That last two years I am quite certain were unlike any you had ever experienced. You had never seen the government spending like that EVER. You had never seen welfare like that EVER.

quote:

. He unapologetically called out China's monetary policy manipulations

Oh BS. The US calling out anyone for monetary policy manipulations is laughable. Can you say "Federal Reserve Bank" and "Massive Deficit Spending"?

quote:

He managed to get Europe to start paying their way for NATO security.

IF they are paying more this if very good. I haven't seen anything saying NATO countries are paying as much to the Ukrainians to protect Europe from Russian expansionism as the US but I sure would like to.

He got us out of never-ending war.

Well sort of. Biden withdrew the troops.

You are not serious about this one are you?

Trumps biggest accomplishments were signing the Ryan tax bill and approving all of McConnell's picks for federal judges.

I like how he used gov't funding to help big pharma to create the vaccine.

I also thought it was awesome that he turned Fauci loose to lockdown the country.

How about when he issued billions in bailout dollars over COVID?

The highlight was him resigning the Patriot Act and FISA.

Trump was GWB part 2. I'm continually amazed how the fanboys gloss over the DISASTEROUS policies he enacted. Trump was a total failure.
