I get it, but factored in with the repair/rebuild hurricane costs the last few years, had La in, say, 1980, mandated underground lines for all of La south of I-10, Would it be more expensive?
IDK. I'm sure utility companies do studies to determine the most cost effective method.

and this guy is in charge of something? tell him that the nuclear secrets are buried in Ivana's coffin. and IF anyone is overdue an earthquake it is SC, Charleston. but it has jack bo giddily to do with global warming.
he sees Bannon on his friend's yacht, and he thinks he stole wall money.
Bannon is an extremely astute man with an amazing intellect. he also is not in need of money.

Union dudes are weird. The kind that put all their faith in the union and talk about it like it saved their lives.
It's at least equally likely the bosses reduced their charge by a percentage, then skimmed some before overstating the reduction to their rank and file.

Word gets around quickly, if Trump operated like a crook no one would take the job unless they had a super duper contract with lots of money up front

Might want to ask him
a) when world goes through deep freezes why doesn’t world explode with all that pent up energy trapped.
b) when world was hot enough to have highlighted CO2 rates that supported larger abundance of animals than ever, larger amounts of cold blooded creatures that the world didn’t crack apart then ?

They have....hundreds of them since 1980. Its not unfair to say that a fair amount of contractors got screwed by him over the years.
Making the determination of whether or not the contractors got screwed or not is for the contractors to decide. I'm sure some contractors certainly felt screwed. Maybe Trump did too. That's what contracts, the law and courts are for...to work out disputes.

I believe it caught fire yo the dumping of byproduct of diesel. They would let that byproduct run off and eventually it made the waterways. Oh and that byproduct was gas

If they really got hosed and had documentation of getting hosed it would have been a slam dunk lawsuit.
We can't assume contractors are angels.

he did acknowledge unions work similar to big government... little guy has little say or control...can't fire a guy for a bad performance
I think is a he social liberal with a moderate flare for everyday governing.

That guy is an idiot. It’s why he’s 51 working a $15/hr job. Anyone who’s ever put a shovel, bucket, or drill in the ground knows not to trust these guys. What most don’t realize is that the south is actually ahead of the rest of the country as far as putting utilities underground and it’s not harder to fix. If the duct the product is in is damaged there are usually spares if that won’t work you put in a new duct.

quote:I was in Tokyo when the Sapporo quake hit in 2018. I kept waiting for the BBC to tie it to "climate change". They tie everything to climate change, because they're desperate, low-IQ, utterly pathetic propagandist shits. And they did it - blamed the destruction on climate change. I hope they all burn in Hell. Well, I'd prefer they find Jesus and repent, but otherwise - yeah, burn eternally, scum-sucking pigs.
Did you ask him how global warming would cause more earthquakes? I'm very curious about this.

Yep, that .2°c increase over the last 20 years will affect the mantle where the temp is over 1000°c.
Yeah.
Yeah.

He been huffing that marking paint a lot, obviously. Last week he cut the two brain cells in half so he’d have four.

you should have just told him that the Earth goes through periods of cooling, and periods of warming....for thousands of years.
