It’s a very basic product that’s in the mature phase of the business cycle. No customer service. No marketing or sales really. 100 is plenty.

He could possibly run it with 2,000 employees, but that would be the bare minimum and only because he may outsource some functions. No telling if he wants to actually save money / streamline or simply look to sink his own investment.
