Tennessee played an entire year with 56 on scholarship last year. By time injuries, UT had less than 50 available scholarship players last year for entire year.

Yes and y’all struggled for much of last year. I think that’s the point. Having such reduced numbers is pretty tough on a team.

And yall went 7-6 with that. Seem to be rebounding in Heupel's 2nd year this year with more guys available. Kinda illustrates the point.

That's if guys!!!

That's why Jayden can't throw a a ball, special teams sucks dick and we don't defer. It's because of a scholarship count last year.

38 players for last years bowl game is exactly why Kelly went for it on 4th and 10 vs Tennessee in one of the dumbest decisions we've seen all year....

And the players that were here before weren’t really coached that well.
Id like for them to start doing whatever coaching had Kayshon leading the country in TD catches, again.

That'd be cool

If you’re interested in accuracy, we had 38 or 39 scholarship players who chose to suit up for the game. There were more than that on scholarship. Why do so many keep getting this wrong?

How many transfers did we bring in?

A lot. How many of those are up to the typical standard of LSU players? LSU was gutted and has been pieced back together with the equivalent of warm bodies.

Doesn’t matter, you’re not fixing an issue that big, in 6 games.

We clearly have holes, but to imply that we're gutted is dramatic hyperbole.
