Was it Longstreet or Hood that use to come down with shingles on a regular basis while campaigning during the Civil war. Suppose to be pretty rough.

I had shingles 6 or 7 years back. Was painful for a few weeks. Got the vaccine.

I look at it as just one more. I have no idea how many vaccines I have had in my life. Childhood, Work, Military, Overseas travel, Covid. Quite a few/many.

I’ve known people who had it and said it was very painful. My Doctor recommended getting the vaccine so I did. Don’t want to take any chances with that stuff!

I had shingles when I was about 18 years old. I remember it being the weirdest pain I have ever felt. I remember it being hyper-sensitive when taking a shower.

Years ago I had it. Was on my lower back, wrapped around my hip, then onto my inner thigh and ball sack.

Luckily it was pretty mild and not too painful.
