Hangovers were crippling and lasted too long for me, and I got really fond of brown liquor and blow (just being honest). Had to make changes in a few arenas of life. Hope this wasn’t TMI, but it’s the truth. Also was an everyday weed smoker since hurricane Katrina. That was the hardest to give up but looking back I can see where it made me complacent.
I’ve enjoyed the sobriety and health benefits.

No thanks during football season! That’s my post super bowl thing. Always good to get it together for a bit, just ain’t the right time for me
