Stallone and Russell are two of the only 65-75 yr old guys that could actually still pull it off.
Sadly, it would be some shitty Netflix/Amazon production though and it would come off as little more than a TV movie at this point in the cavern of hollowness and shite that is todays Hollywood.

I have always loved how Tango and Cash seems to check off the box to every single possible 80s buddy cop movie cliche.

Kurt Russell can do anything.

Do you mean have one or both actors played by someone other than a white actor? Cause it sounds like that is what you mean. I’m betting that is what you mean. I’m betting you said that because having a ethnic actor play a role previously played by a white actor offends you. Does it offend you?
