Friends getting together after 25 years

So pumped about the game tomorrow. Meeting LSU buddies from all over the country after 25+ years. I’ve watched / listened to EVERY LSU game live or take delayed since 1995… First time back in Tiger Stadium since that period.

And many of the militant die-hards have departed because of various reasons.
The atmosphere is not anything close to what it used to be. You get glimpses of the old TS a few times a year, but overall it's not in the same vibrational dimension as it was before it crossed the Event Horizon and got sucked up into the big Corporate Black Hole.........

I’m in town for business but made sure to get tickets for this one too. Seen old faces I haven’t seen in 9 years. The vet school has an alumni tailgate and I’ve already ran into many at the watermark downtown.

Probably more like every 4 years. It’s a social gathering for Instagram photos now. Let the drunk coonasses back in!! Used to be drunks wearing all different colors black, purple, gold, white, none of that gold game or white out crap. Thankfully we haven’t become a Pom Pom school yet. The swamp blue collar folks made TS what it was and what we have seen 2003 Georgia, 2007 Florida, 2012 Bama.

In some ways, worse than an NFL game.
Even the NOPD is more capable then EBR of dealing with traffic.
It would take EBR about 24 hours to clear out that one narrow area around the Dome as well as downtown going in and out of the city.

While I agree with the atomaphere change.
IMO good times with old buddies on a nice “almost” fall Saturday drinking cold beer followed by the opportunity to walk into tiger stadium get loud and cheer on the tigers on to victory, from a personal standpoint doesn’t get much better.

I have a group of about 10 college friends that descend on my house for a weekend once a year. It's always a great weekend and by Sunday evening, I'm in the bed exhausted. Lol. This year it's the Ole Miss game.
