LSU football games on YouTube TV question

Just switched from Cox to YouTube TV at Baton Rouge address. Was told by Cox representative that LSU games on SEC network through YouTube TV will be blacked out locally in BR. Has anyone experienced an LSU game blackout through YouTube TV?

That’s absolutely false
That’s pretty messed up that he told you that

That's just flat wrong. Think of YTTV the same as Cox, DirecTV, Uverse, etc. Just another "cable" provider. If the game is on SECN on Cox it is on there on YTTV.
You may run into blackouts for things like MLB Network where the local game is on another channel, but not LSU games on SECN.

Switched from Cox to YouTube TV and do not regret it. Was paying $120 for cable a month to the 4 TVs at home, now paying $65 a month and don’t have a stupid box that shuts off whenever it needs to reboot. All of the same channels and no, it does not blackout LSU games, they lied to you.

I have YTTV and this isn’t true.
Another reason why I’m switching from Cox to AT&T fiber very soon.

Switching to YouTubeTV has been great for all sports. I have never had an LSU game blacked out. If for some unknown reason it showed a different game, you could just go to the ESPN App and stream it on your TV too.

I’ve had it 2 years, seen every game

Nobody should pay for Cox anymore when YouTube is half the price.
