NPR took the angle of an indictment on an obstruction charge, but didn't bother with an explanation of what crime was being investigated.
And this would be pretty hilarious. To be found guilty of obstructing an investigation of an unnamed crime for which there will be no charge.

Hell, they could charge him with murder and a DC jury would convict him and a DC judge would send him to prison.

no. Napolitano speculated that since they were aware that this current state would be politically charged therefore they will indict. he's speculating. its entertainment.
its not real and certainly not what the AG says which is we follow the evidence and the law.
Napolitano is not the god of doj. he's just a famous right wing taller.
