In BKs presser just 2 days ago when asked about Denbrock he said they believe in the same thing, 3 WRs and a TE as a base. I have no idea where the 2 TE stuff is coming from.

Those were one offs though, which would be fine but when you have fans that think they should get a bit on the show every week it’s annoying.

YES they did take questions from the crowd. They had to be written down on a "form" that was on each persons table

Think you are mixing up father & son here.
Mike was the head coach in Denver & Washington. Kyle is the current head coach in San Francisco. Your post & description says Kyle but it was Mike who was once the head coach in Denver.

It sounds like Kelly will run a high percentage of 11 Personnel (3 WR, 1 RB, 1 TE). There will also be some 12 personnel from time to time as well (2 WR, 2 TE, 1 RB). Maybe even some 02 (3 WR, 2 TE, 0 RB) & 01 (4 WR, 1 TE, 0 RB) personnel looks at times.
Just because there won't be much 10 personnel (4 WR, 0 TE, 1 RB) or 00 personnel (5 WR, 0 TE, 0 RB) doesn't mean the offensive will be boring, lack efficiency, creativity & explosiveness.
