ruptured disc in my back, i literally had to hold onto doorways and walls just to walk through them.

Appendix burst at 2:00 a.m. X-Mas eve 1973. Pain was so intense I couldn't talk.
Tomorrow morning I go in for my third lower back surgery. They're going to fuse L2-L5.
