Yes, got an email from Athletic Office that they are in and to download Sugar Bowl App.
The ticket office said by tomorrow (Tuesday) just about everyone’s tickets should be populated in the the SB App.

I emailed ticket office yesterday and he said if I purchased after aug 1 I may not get them until early next week. Keep a close eye on your email and spam folder.
