Yes. Uptown and Garden District are full of white liberals who voted for her -- twice.
A very under publicized fact is the amount of blue state transplants who have moved to Orleans Parish in the last five to ten years. Electing someone like Latoya reminds them of home.

Somehow these idiots can mentally square being discriminated against as acceptable. It’s the damndest thing that I’ve ever seen.
