there are native american tribes on the east coast that have a very specific DNA scar that is only found in European genetics. not to mention the arrowheads found in Virginia that are approx 17,000 years old, and found nowhere else on the planet except southern France

Do you have a link? I'd like to read about that.

It’s bullshite and there has been no serious evidence presented in its favor. You can Google Solutrean hypothesis haplogroup X if you’re curious.

The sub-groups of X in Native Americans are unrelated to the subgroups found in Europeans and (especially) Middle Easterners. There are X populations interspersed throughout Siberia, especially in Altai. X more generally is also mostly concentrated in the eastern Med, not in Western Europe. Likely a founder’s effect phenomenon for the New World population.

I don’t find it implausible at all that a group of people made their way from Europe to North America during the late Pleistocene but the genetic and archaeological evidence isn’t there at all, and quite a few researchers were pretty open to the possibility not ten years ago or so.

As a contrary example, the evidence that humans have inhabited North America for at least 20K years has been building for a while. This is just the latest (and likely earliest) example.
