I've heard this joke somewhere before about another LSU QB. Lol Listen, I don't know where you get this crap from, but both Brennan and Daniels have played in real college games and moved the ball really well. Nussmeir played in 1 game because of his Dad's bitching, and didn't look good at all.

What’s Nuss’s win record?

Has he thrown over 10 passes in A win ever?

Brennan should have been 2-1 as a starter at least. If we didn’t have the worst defense of the last 20 years. We beat Arkansas last year with Brennan starting.

You’re gunna hold one game against Nuss while under a lame duck HC and OC? There’s a real reason he’s the hot hand coming out of spring training. He’s the most talented out of the 3 with the highest ceiling.

10 TD and 10 INT in the PAC 12 isn’t good. No matter how you slice it.

Whoah whoah….hold up Frogman, what’s all this “troll” nonsense, defending MB, to just say Nuss is the “hot hand” and “most talented” and “has the highest ceiling” and I’m the troll?

Oh, that's the reason he played terribly because of O and the OC. Lol It had nothing to do with his bad reading of the secondary in throwing passes he shouldn't have thrown. He did not go through progressions like a QB should, instead he locked on to the primary target and forced bad passes. Brennan has proven he's a capable and effective passer, Jayden Daniels can move the ball with both feet and passing and has shown it clearly in ASU games.

It’s awful, but you’re low key agreeing with me?

It was his first ever start in college……
So yeah he was a little shaky.

Also going 10 TD and 10 INT isn’t exactly stellar stats. And that was his third year.

I’m not agreeing with you. I do think Nuss is the best option for the future. However I also think Brenna could get the job done if needed. There’s a reason Kelly brought him back to LSU. Saying if he starts we’re a 5 win team is just ridiculous.

How is Nuss the hot hand? His last real game he was mediocre to bad.

Listen, you're downing Daniels for being 10/10 in his frosh year, man. Smh Even so he still showed great promise, if Nussmeir had started part of the season or a whole season. How many INTs do you think he would have had??

Must not have kept up with the updates from spring practice. Also, that was his FIRST EVER START. Sorry it wasn’t perfect. Not to mention the god awful situation surrounding him.

It was his Jr. year. He had a decent freshman year but has regressed since.

If you think the spring game means anything about QB then you are sadly mistaken. Jennings and Harris looked good in the spring game

I thought was his frosh year, my mistake, but even so the guy shows great skill to beat you with his feet or passing the ball. Brennan has proven that he's a capable passer, I don't understand why some people can't see that. LSUs defense was horrible the season Brennan started, they should have at least been 2-1 before he got hurt. I mean to give up 600+ passing yards to MSU is.... Lol

Walker Howard starting is no doubt the worst case scenario, unless he blows everybody out of the water from the outset, and is too good to not play, but from what we are hearing, that is not the case.

If Brennan started, it means he is good enough to hold down the job as an experienced veteran, while the two young guys wait, and continue to get acclimated to the college game. Then they can compete for the starting job the following season. To me, that sounds like the best case scenario.
