Absolutely.

IIRC mil-spec accuracy/precision calls for roughly 3 MOA for M193 and the M855 (green tip). That's still a lot smaller than your hand at 100 yards.

Find the ammo that shoots the tightest groups in your rifle - then buy a case of it.
