Clemson makes sense

The SEC already has a school for the south Carolina market.

The only thing the conference cares about when it comes to expansion are untapped TV markets. Miami makes more sense then Clemson and Florida state and unc/Duke and VT/Virginia make more sense then Clemson and Florida state.

No way the SEC ADs and Presidents would all agree to Miami. If they did I would melt. Do not want.

this isnt 5 years ago. the streaming market makes new markets irrelevant. its about brands and brands only.

UNC is a huge brand, same with clemson, fsu and miami.

Charlotte and Raleigh dwarf SC market. That's what UNC brings you. Charlotte is also one of the fastest growing cities in the south.

UNC have a great alumni base and are passionate with their sports.

That's like saying Cal has the California market.

You think South Carolina is on par with UNC basketball?

SEC would finally get another blueblood to add to Kentucky as the sole blueblood in the SEC in basketball.
