1st concert I ever went to was ZZ Top at the Warehouse in 73.

I can get to the link but not from this site.

Does OP know Bobby Wahl?

here's a video of The Warehouse Movie that was released back in 2013 . Solid documentary, 1 hr 15 min long. It's a shame due to copyright laws they couldn't include snippets of songs played by each band mentioned.

FYI - If you're between the ages of 50 and 60, and grew up playing sports at Johnny Bright, good possibility you'll recognize Jimmy "Coach" Armstrong. He was my football and baseball coach in HS at St. Martin's.

Lived in NO during its hey day. Saw the following there:
Allman Bros (several times)
The Who
It's a Beautiful Day
Fleetwood Mac
War
Osibisa
Wet Willie
Dr. John (several times)
Leon Russell
Neville Bros
The Meters
Many more, but they either weren't well known (Goose Creek Symphony comes to mind), or I just forgot who the hell they were.
