We're closer to the year the Jetsons takes place in than the year it came out.

And the only we have to show for it is Face Time and the Burj Khalifa. We are still kind of closer to the Flintstones relatively speaking.

Fun fact: Jane Jetson was 33 in 2062 and Daughter Judy was 16.

Good news is there are no trannies in the Jetsons. Perhaps we end up figuring out what a man and women is over the next 4 decades.

I saw a comedy bit where the comedian pointed out that George was in his late twenties and Jane was a teenager when Judy was born. That means the Jetsons originate from Tangipahoa parish.

George Jetson - 40 years old
Jane Jetson - 33 years old
Judy Jets - 16 years old.

Lets do some simple math...

33-16, means Jane was HOPEFULLY 17 years old when Judy was conceived by a 24 YEAR OLD GEORGE.

(Credit for this goes to comedian Adam Newman)

What people in the 60s thought society will look like in 2062…

How society will actually look in 2062….

And that’s being generous.

I loved cartoons. But did not like the Jetsons for some reason.

I was a huge fan of

Saturday mornings I was tuned in to The Gummy Bears, Loony Toons, Smurfs, Transformers, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Weekday mornings It was USA's Cartooooooon Express. I loved Rocky & Bullwinkle, Wheelie and the Chopper Bunch, and Jabber Jaw.

Weekday afternoons I enjoyed Scooby Doo, GIJOE, Voltron, Heathcliff, and He-Man.
