Fraiser is the number one spin off. I remember thinking how stupid they were for spinning off Fraiser.

Only problem i had with Fraiser was that for 10 years of Cheers he basically had 2 girlfriends and then On Fraiser he had new hot arse every week.
And I think there were 3 times that he had two hot chicks at once fighting over him.

Still a good show, however.
They're both voiced by Mike Judge, both look similar. You can definitely argue that there wouldn't have been a King of the Hill without Beavis and Butthead, even if the characters weren't totally identical.
