Yeah, that’s the guy. He lived in a house with his mother in the area of University Acres located closest to Lee Drive and I probably rode my bike by his house 100 times growing up.

At some point during this time, I was outside sweeping our front porch and I looked up and there was this older guy standing about 15 feet away from in my front yard looking at me. I jumped and he goes “just checking the water meter. Hey - isnt there an old lady that lives here?” I said “no” and he goes “oh, ok, I thought I remembered her living here.”

The he walked away. I ran inside and looked out the window until I saw him drive away in some little piece of shite hatchback car. Not a water company truck.

After they arrested him and posted his picture everywhere I called the tip line and told them that I thought SVG had been at my house telling me he was checking the water meter. He was already in jail but I called anyway. I probably sounded insane.

I can’t say for sure that it was him, but It was an older, skinny white guy with a mustache and glasses and he was lying to me about who he was and why he was in my front yard. It was weird.
