Have seen untreated gangrene from an elderly abuse situation.

Skin cancer that has been left unchecked and allowed to get putrid... I don't know if I have smelled worse. The family sent him to the hospital because of the smell. They had been praying over him to treat and were not using any science as treatment. You could smell it 3 doors down the hall. Unreal.
