You say this as if it isn’t by design.
Though the whole “If it isn’t written down, it didn’t happen” is going to get shoved up his arse in this case. It WAS written down and they dropped the ball.

That should kill his reelection but it won't. People in LA auto vote for the incumbent in Sheriff's races, I can't ever figure it out.
