Actually PSYOP, not SF. 4th POG(A) is at Fort Bragg and is the only active component psychological operations group. Their sister organizations, 2nd and 7th POG(A), are in the Army Reserve.

A high quality hype video about a PSYOP for a PSYOP has to have a least one message hidden there.
The “we are everywhere” gives me the feeling of the opening scene of Quantum of Solace in which Mr. White reveals to M and James Bond, that M’s personal body guard is a double agent of Spectre by saying those exact words.
Maybe that’s a message for the black hats to infer about moles in spaces they assumed were secure. It could also be a reference to having more compromising information than preciously assumed.
