Well, I don't know about "high level", but I can say that the video begins with the oft quoted (by Q) remarks from The Art of War talking about appearing weak when you are strong. They, like Q, claim to be everywhere. Also, the video repeats Q by saying this thing is world wide. "The whole world is a stage" as the video claims warfare is evolving and shows the evolution from knights in armor to today's conflict which is being waged on the internet (shows someone scrolling on their phone). The video pretty much directly quotes Q when it claims that the WHO is behind this rise in medical tyranny we are seeing with Covid (fun fact, Q had many drops talking about Corona well before the virus was ever released).
The images themselves are things that came up in Q research from the beginning. From Koko the Clown to the Ghost Army patch. All of it was covered in the thread.

I did from day one, mainly found all the information being shared fascinating. If you watched the video there are multiple references that align with the Q drops.

We won't know for sure until SHTF. Until that point, it's all speculation. Granted, it's INFORMED speculation, but all theorycraft until then.
It's why I invite the boo-birds to debate the content and substance of the established evidence at hand. EO 13961 - establishing Federal Mission Resilience - first and foremost. This EO signed on Dec. 7, 2020 lays the framework for continuity of government in the event of some overarching attempt to disrupt the government. No one has been able to offer a substantial refutation as to why a President who was just "defeated" at the ballot box was completely focused on rearranging pieces on the board to give the government the best shot at surviving what should be limited to catastrophic damage to our seat of power.... 6 weeks before leaving DC.

I think and I hope that this intimidating SCOTUS Justices will be a line in the sand. There isn't much more they can strong arm. A big part of the reason why this has taken so long is that these people have layers upon layers of protection. They can't be allowed to just steal the courts outright.
I could see a scenario where the SCOTUS knuckles under and then the military steps in.
No predictions though, obviously. This thing has gone on far longer than any of us had hoped. But by this point, I would hope most could agree that we need this to be correct (Devolution). Otherwise, we are completely fricked and it's only a matter of time before this country is thrown into absolute chaos.
