No, moron, you were saying he’s not mobile enough to be an NFL QB. He responded that the GOAT is not very mobile. He wins the argument.

If Brennan is this good then he would be running away with the qb competition. This is his 6th year and he still hasn’t pulled away from the field

Brennan was behind Burrow and then he won the starting job. Then he got injured. He’s coming back from an injury and has to prove himself to a brand new coaching staff. Kelly said they have given every QB almost the exact same amount of reps so that they can all be evaluated fairly. I’m not saying Brennan is going to start because I don’t know. At the same time, I don’t think you have a clue where Brennan falls among the pack or that he has not separated himself. Did you really expect a starter to be named in the spring?

Just from someone reading through the statement,That’s in no way that’s a blatantly racist comment. That statement does not tell you what color any quarterback is. Why do some have to jump in racism so fast.

A lot of rantards, not your average LSU Fan, believe that the running QB is the golden goose when the truth is they almost never win anything. It’s a strange and ignorant fascination here on the Rant.

Running QB is one thing but I think that is not what some of the other average LSU fans, who are not rantards, are saying. Pocket mobility is what I think they (I) are saying. In addition to Pocket mobility, can you run bootleg, and you move the pocket (pocket mobility), roll out and have a run/pass option, etc.

I think it's for recruiting why show young recruits that you only recruit one style over the other get both and may the best style of play that gives you the best chance to win..options,options,options

Daniels isn't leaving. He doesn't have another free transfer in his pocket. If he transfers again, he will have to sit and waste a year.

Gone fishing, this is the best explanation of spring ball that I’ve seen on the rant! Thank you..
Brennan is really the only returning starter on this team and if I may say so his stats in those three games were burroweques! Hell he learned behind Joe for 2 years. I assure you Brennan pick up some of Joe’s habits. So you couple that with Brennan’s talent and you have an NFL QB still playing in college. And do you really think anybody on the coaching staff is going to tell the truth of who is really winning/leading the QB battle. You guys better get behind Brennan because it’s about to happen!

I’m not sure Brennan can transfer without penalty, unless it’s as a grad transfer. He signed documentation entering the transfer portal. Anyone know how that works beyond just speculation? As long as he’s been around it seems he should have used up all transfer options.

Mad king……the best running qb in lsu history was Joe Burrow. He also was the best at throwing the ball.

The biggest threat in football is a quarterback that manipulates the defense into giving him an open field. Take the last 25 secs of the 1st half in the national championship as a prime example.

You don’t have to be fast and agile. You have to process quickly in real time what the defense is doing and exploit it. No recent QB in college football did that a good as Joe.

I was impressed with Brennans processing without pressure in his short lived season. However the minute he had to ad lib due to pressure, it was beyond bad.

What I meant was Brennan’s skillset and build us more of a NFL QB than the other two so NFL scouts will be higher on him because that’s the things they look for. Doesn’t mean he is going to be a NFL QB or even the starter at LSU.
