It would also expunge records of people with marijuana convictions, oh the horror

Any reason you simply won't give a link to the bill, or the name of it?

I think we both know why you won't

You may have been a Republican your whole
life, but like 98 percent of R’s in power disagree with you on this.

Yeah I believe that’s false advertising on that part, the expungement matter. There ain’t just one central database that you can just enter a command and everyone nationwide has a conviction expunged. The logistics of that is probably damn near impossible.

While I am not against marijuana, let us not act like decriminalizing marijuana is some magical good thing.

It is sad going to these blue states and seeing worthless stoners providing nothing to society.

If we could would force weed smokers to not reproduce, then it would have my full support.

when many Rs just think the states should take it over..

then vote to decriminalize it federally., which 200 of them didn't do.
Your statement is proof R's are as blind as D's to their handlers real intentions.

So let me get this right. You think smoking weed causes mental illness?

I mean, it’s not about not liking it. It’s about the downward effects it has on society. We already have record high mental problems

I had this discussion on another board but I have to ask you as well, have you ever heard someone say alcohol saved their life? Have you ever had someone tell you that alcohol saved their relationships? Have you ever had someone tell you that alcohol made them a productive member of society? I've never heard anyone say that about alcohol yet it is legal. I have heard all of those statements from people that have had their lives turned around due to medicinal marijuana. My own marriage is vastly better due to my wife getting started on medical marijuana which allowed her to get off the myriad of opioids doctors had her on for her fibromyalgia. I am very active in the Veteran community with various groups focused on reducing the number of suicides among our ranks and the difference medical marijuana has made for so many of us is mind blowing after years of having pills shoved down our throats. I personally don't use medical marijuana because my job won't allow it and it is a big no go with my security clearance, but if they legalized it I'd definitely partake to deal with the insomnia I've had since I left Afghanistan in 2005.

Republicans don’t want to actually win elections and gain steam.

“Good people don’t smoke weed”- Jeff Sessions. Repubs are against marijuana legalization. If you don’t believe it, ask them, they will tell you.

Pretty much how I feel. I could not care less if someone dies of a drug overdose. It would actually benefit society if more people overdosed.

Right, no doctor is going to prescribe a chemo patient, or ptsd patient, with a fifth of Jack Daniels. Marijuana is proven to have medical benefits and overall be way less harmful than alcohol.

Same. I just don't care about this anymore.
which is exactly fricking why the republicans should vote to legalize it. Idk any body who would stop voting Republican if they decided to legalize marijuana but I know of a frick ton of retards that smoke all the time that the only reason they vote Democrat is the stupid pothead liberals they watch on YouTube and follow on Twitter tell them how the evil republicans are the ones not allowing weed to be legal. Remove this from the potheads and make them care about other issues to vote on and you’d take a chunk of the young voter base. But no, that just makes too much fricking sense. Republicans don’t want to fricking win I swear
