Yeah, the "gansta" thing is what motivates them. People are easily impressed by fake personas.
I don't think Wade is a bad coach. He's just a much better recruiter than bench coach. He needs lots of help.

How did he “shut down the thread”? Wade hasn’t even been here 10 years. What did Dales first 5 years look like again?
