dogs eat their own turds and will eat any dead animal they find.

lettingthem eat fresh live fish is much more healthy then most of what they eat

I usually feed the otters, pelicans, gar or the occasional gator. What makes it past that point is not getting fed to my dog!

your dog hasn’t lived until he has his face buried in the pogie bucket

My dog is a pure breed husky with a crazy high prey drive and I feel like she might like it.

I have a friend with 3 labs. They eat whole trout.

I have enough trouble keeping her from trying to jump out and chase my buzz bait. Don't want her trying for fish too. I feed her scraps when I fillet them.

I feed the eggs to my labs if they haven’t spawned yet.

I would put leftover shiners in a baby pool and put about 6 inches of water in it for my lab. He would wear himself out chasing those things

My labs eat more fish bloodline during the summer than dog food.

Used to trawl for shirmp commercial, had a lab that would eat a blue crab
If you dropped it on the deck. He would strike at it and drive his canines into the top of the shell killing the crab then eat it until I made him stop.
Big blue crabs would hardly grab him he was like a ninja.

I had a beagle that would snap up anything that missed the bucket when emptying out the cast net. Especially live shrimp. I was always afraid the sharp points would mess her up, but never did.

My beagles will eat anything they can fit in their mouths. There are goats who are impressed with Arnie and Chipper's garbage disposal talents.
