The hate for him on this board is ridiculous. And yes, Brady helped JB get where he is today, more so than if O hadn't hired him. Brady's ability to create mismatches and get WRs open, together with allowing JB to make pre snap reads and adjustments, put JB in the best position possible to show the NFL his potential.

Because he wouldn't take a title under qb coach probably.

Not the point. He had a legit shot at a HC job just last year. Leaving the Saints and leaving LSU was the right move for his career. Not sure why the guy has so many haters on here for trying to advance his career.

Josh Allen with Joe Brady? Holy crap! Good luck, AFC East.

This is a great move and exactly the opportunity he needed.

Bengals can’t exactly hire anyone right now. They are still in the season. There is a chance they lose their offensive coordinator this offseason though. It would’ve been nice if Brady was still in the pool of applicants for them to choose from, but can’t blame him on taking a great job with the Bills.

True true. But obviously nobody, including the Bengals, was willing to take another chance on him as OC. I also gotta think that if Burrow had really wanted him for QC, the Bungles might have gone after him.

Taylor is an offensive guy who runs a completely different system than what Brady comes from. He isn’t gonna bring in an outsider because it’s his offense.

Really tough for the Bengals to go after anyone right now.

They may lose their O Coordinator, but it’s no guarantee.

I still don’t get the hate on Brady. His record with CMAC is solid, but CMAC was hurt for large portions of both seasons.

Teddy B was the best QB they had, but let’s be honest, he’s average and the Panthers did not have a real chance to beat the Saints or Tampa the year Teddy B was there.

San Darnold, PJ Walker, and Cam Newton absolutely suck at QB.

Are we going to blame Brady for that?

Dude will be an OC again soon and he will get another shot at Head Coach. Reportedly he was really close to getting the Atlanta HC job just last year.
