I think it's a lot like Arrested Development.
Because a lot of the episodes portray a bunch of idiots trying to function in the absence of money, e.g. they're constantly trying to make money and looking retarded in the process

meh. it was just one episode(i.e. one hour long episode and not two 30 minute episodes.) the first 30 minutes were pretty good, the second 30 not as much.
