This is the proper clarification of what constitutes the generic term wrt "Coke."
It should be "Coke machine" versus "soft drink vending machine." NOT Coke versus all other soft drinks. Nobody walks up to someone carrying a Sprite and says "look I got a Coke." But they may say, "I got it out of the Coke machine."
