I made the Lidia version a few years ago--it adds orange and zest, which isn't found in many versions. Frankly, it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. I highly recommend that route.

Where is Gennaros?

We go to the lake all the time and I've never seen it.

Gennaro's Trattoria- From Bulverde take 46 east to FM3159 (Smithson Valley HS is the Landmark on right )..turn left on FM 3159 which will turn into Cranes Mill Rd take in north the road will split when it splits the restaurant is in the Split..Physical address is 10018 Startz Rd Canyon Lake Tx. Its actually about 3-4 miles south of the lake. On the weekends during the summer they are swamped by families visiting the Lake at this time of year they are busy but not like summer...the rabbit ragu is usually a weekend special...and a nice change...but now I would do there Osso Bocco in a heart beat!

I watch Sam sometimes, but this new editing technique he has incorporated makes it unwatchable. Way too much overediting that I feel like it's going to induce a seizure.
