There's a critical difference between calling for patience for a new coach, and objectively realizing that an established coach is doing more damage to a program that he is good.
ETA: Also, if you want to draw parallels between the two: which program(s) did Orgeron build? I'll save you some time: none. And this isn't meant to pile on Ed, but rather highlight the stupidity of your comment.
