Cantina Laredo in Shreveport is upscale and pretty damn good. Seems like everyone loves mexican food and the restaurant selection is so crappy that we settle for places like Superior, Carretas ETC...

La Carreta is Mexican-owned, servce good food, and has a few totally authentic dishes from the hometown of the owner.
Superior is a margarita bar that happens to sell substandard Tex-Mex. Those two shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence.
