re: Why did LSU hire Dinardo

I had an hour-long conversation with Joe Dean regards the firing of Dinardo. Joe was defensive and not ready to pull the trigger. I ended the conversation by saying, "Joe, either do it now or do it later...it is inevitable." He finally did. I take no responsibility, but I did add fuel to the fire. Dinardo was his own worst enemy when it came to his assistants...micro-manager and paranoid.
