Anything from Fenix has my vote. I have two now and they put the power of sun in a very very small device. I recommend whatever the current iteration of the PD35 is now. Doesn't have a focus beam, though. So it's not for a really long distance.
But fenix makes a ton that will have a focus beam.

I have two of the older style PD35's in my boat plus one at the camp and two at home. That beam goes out a LONG distance. They are weather/rain-proof and reliable. Been using these for years - never had one fail yet
Fenix website says this about the latest version:
With vastly improved performance, the new PD35 V3.0 can blast an amazing 1700 lumens a total distance of 1171 ft. (357 m). The PD35 V3.0 is powered by a single 18650 rechargeable battery (included), or can operate on two disposable CR123A’s.
Their website says it has a runtime of 230 hours when using the 5 lumen Eco mode, and 1.5 hours on "turbo" 1700 lumen mode. $80 (includes rechargeable battery) is a pretty good price.
