Walsworth respects Dodds and said the boast was made with tongue in cheek.
“But when a guy jokingly says something,” Walsworth said, “he’s going to kind of mean it.”

UTa should be furious with Dodds IMO for ruining a financially viable conference. They are going to fall far behind the SEC, Pac, and B1G in the following years.

Texas fans are delusionaly blinded by their own arrogance.
Got into a friendly argument with a UT fan over the weekend about the Longhorn Network. I said it was set to fail. His rebuttal was that MTV had the same issues when it began.
I told him that you forget to remember that everybody likes Music; not everyone likes the University of Texas.
