Just FYI guys... Beebee was never UT's pick to br the head of the Big 12. They had a differnt canidate. Beebee was OU's choice...

Neinas was the assistant executive director of the NCAA in 1961? What is he, eighty years old?

Hopefully his first order of business is to let Texas A&M go. The sooner he resolves this issue the sooner he can start "stabilizing" his conference.

OU just amazes me at every turn - they sure seem to have the weakest leadership in college sports. Neinas is a UT/ Dodds guy - not an OU guy.

Still all members of the Good ole Boy Network like Boobe was....don't see how this changes a damn thing. This is why aTm left and wasn't going to stay even if the conference was kept together. "a ship held together with duct tape is still a sinking ship".

I don't know. We got a release from Beebe, and it didn't stabilize anything.

This was the easiest move to make to appease OU and let them feel good about themselves for a moment. Nothing will change until UT decides to make more concessions...yeah right.
