You really should go to a game at Kyle Field. Regardless of what you think of A&M, the student section really is something to behold. 3 full decks of students on the East side behind the opposing team's bench, and it can be a literal wall of noise. Was at the Nebraska game, first row on the overflow seating on the track, and can tell you firsthand that there's nothing like the 12th Man in full throat. I believe the total number of students that attended was 30,005, according to final gate scans.

Take a gander:

I'm glad that Mizzou has made this journey to the SEC with aTm

Agreed. aTm is a great program and the only one I respect all-around from the Big 12 south.

Looks like we'll be forging a new rivalry too.

Not going to lie here. I love playing the t-sips in Austin and will miss it. I went there for law school, have a ton of friends in that town, and A&M/Texas is a state treasure.

man, that game has got to be reinstated somewhere down the line. before i move to texas (a woman to blame), the only big 12 game i ever watched and got into was tejas vs a&m. for some reason, i always pulled for the aggies even though i really didn't know fans from either team. now living in tejas for 5 yrs, i realize that my gut was right.

Now post how many people watched the tu/Kansas game on the LHN. I hear it was less than attended the last Tulane game

Not quite a fair comparison, as the Longhorn Network is not yet a national network (even though it has more than 4 million subscribers so far, not "zero," as many believe on here), and FX is considered a national network.

I thought A&M was really going to bring the Texas television sets?

1.What was the loudest stadium or place you ever played in that you remember?

Oklahoma at Kyle 2002

2. What was the most hostile environment your team ever played in?

Tiger Stadium. Is this a trick question.

3. What was your favorite place to visit that you would honestly missed?

I assume you mean in the big 12-2-1+.5+ -1.

None

And to the longhorn fan: We don't bring those TV sets? Well, okay. We still get to be on TV every week so everyone CAN see it.
