Skip Bertman interviewed him. He said there's no way he'd hire him and that there's no way he'd fit in here with the culture of the BOS/TAF/Politics. I'm sure if he shared his dislike of the man publicly, he'd have shared a ton more behind the scenes with the powers that be.

Never say never. If top choices start falling by the wayside and Louisville wins big, you might see their coach AND athletic director. I only see Briles in a consulting role, but I see his son as an OC candidate for someone. I could actually see Miles eventually landing in Baylor as they try to restore their image.

I can assure you Petrino will not be coaching LSU. Someone like Fedora, or even O, would be offered and accept before Petrino gets an offer. Like someone said in this thread, Skip said on radio the other day when he interviewed BP, he was terrible. Lord knows what else has been said that we'love never hear.
Now, Jurich... That's a different story. By all accounts, he's a damn good AD. He's built that athletic department from the ground up. It's very impressive what he's done. I'm just not sure we could get him, he's been there for 20 years.

Yep Skip went on Air with that spiel yesterday to make it very public he doesn't want Petrino or Kiffin as our HC. And while everything he said is probably correct and personally I feel the chances of either one of those two individuals being our next HC is very remote. And it is not lost on anyone how much Skip has done for LSU and LSU sports.
That being said Skip your not involved with Admin anymore so cut the crap let the people involved with the decision make their decision without you publicly trying to move the bar. You want to say that stuff in private behind the scenes than do so, but this isn't your hire so if you want to be involved in the decision making come out of retirement and get involved. But if you don't want to come out of retirement then don't shite on candidates in public, let this play out and see where it goes.
I respect the hell out of you but what you did yesterday was bullshite!!!
