Can he recruit? He seems to have the personality of Belichik.

So does Saban.

Doesn't appear to hurt him any.

yeah, obviously what i previously seen was outdated. We would obviously have to match his current pay but it would be more him choosing LSU over Mich St. May be a pipe dream but if he has bigger coaching aspirations, it may be a great opportunity for him here.

Which means we'd have to pony up at least 6 mill. Probably more like 6.5.

Yeah. Don't see that happening.

I think that works against you

I would love for Dantonio to leave. Saban would make light work of him, but my god does he fricking own Michigan.

His hatred of Michigan keeps him at MSU till he keels over on the sideline.

Why would you pay Dantoni Saban money when he has never won much of anything.

This is crazy

Jesus Christ.....Michigan isn't a better job than LSU and youre saying Mich St is??? Seriously please just back away from the keyboard and stop Embrassing yourself. Mikes has turned Michigan down twice because it's not better than LSU.

No doubt LSU is a better job than MSU. But I think Dantonio and his family really like it up here. Him, Izzo, and the AD (Mark Hollis) have a great working relationship. I may be wrong, but I believe he retires here if not for his age and health alone.
