In Bo's footsteps at Ann arbor, knowing he'll never be looked at in the same way? LSU doesn't have a Bo! Stay here and become a legend. Love or hate him, he has won a lot of games, provided great entertainment, built a hell of a team and the future is bright as ever. I've cussed him at times, but I love the goofy sumofabitch. I, MSG support Les and hope he stays!

Bo didn't go back and coach for his alma mater. He went to a different school and built his own legend. Les should do the same. He is already on the right and best road to get there.

Bo isnt our only legendary coach.

I suggest you read up on Fielding Yost & Fritz Chrisler.

Bo told Les years ago, find your Michigan. I think he found it here at LSU.

Nobody has liked losing for three years. If he came here and brought things back to normal, he would definitely become a legend.

Les has done pretty well in the shadow of a successful coach here. At least he wouldn't have to hear about "winning with Bo's players" there.

Why:

1) Closer to home for him and his family
2) Coach Alma Mater
3) Lower expectations-Less Stress
4) Easier road to conference and national title

In my opininon the michigan job is a coaching trap, if not more coaches would step up and throw their hat in. Nobody wants it despite it"dream job" status

This, if he goes to Mich and turns them back into a contender after Rich Rod has shite the bed for 3 years, he will become a legend to Mich and become highly regarded across the country as the guy that brought the winningest college football team out of the gutter and back to its winning ways.

Thing is, their fanbase has a singular goal, and it's not winning a BCS title.

I never quite got the whole "Bo Legend" thing.

In 20 years, Bo won exactly ZERO National Championships. Why the hell is he so revered? Because he beat Ohio State fairly often? Hell, SEC teams make it a habit of beating O$U whenever the game really matters.
