I don't think he would make the move to begin with. It would be a lateral move into a much more difficult confrence. Also, I remember people here wanting him gone while he was the OC. People have very short memories.

This was when people thought that offensive coordinators actually got to call their own plays under Les Miles

Hell, people are even calling for Cam Cameron to be fired which is laughable considering Les is obviously running what he wants to run

They have forgotten they wanted him run out on a rail, tarred and feathered.

It is Jimbo's agent trying to get him a raise. FSU had a down year this year by their standards, so the agent is turning the focus and getting him a raise. This is no different than Miles to Arkansas.

Don't want him

But he'd come to LSU, if offered

Nope...he would not. This is all about a raise. He has no intention of leaving FSU.

Your opinion and nothing else. IMO, he'd love to coach in the SEC and has mentioned how much he loved LSU.

Again, don't want so it's cool

would be interesting to go back and see how some of the very LSU fans clamoring for Jimbo today felt about Jimbo during the whole Jameis Winston stuff. I bet many were slamming Jimbo's handling of it and stating that type of behavior wouldn't be tolerated by Miles.

He can recruit, he's been successful at the highest levels of college football, he was a former LSU coach with success and, most importantly, he'd likely bring a new philosophy to the offense.

He might not be better than Les Miles, since Miles has had a lot of success, but his football team would be a lot more fun to watch as they went 11-2, 10-3 or even 9-4.

i never wanted jimbo to leave but it was obvious he wasn't going to hang around for long under miles, plus the FSU situation was too good to pass up.

i know some people weren't sad to see him go at the time but im sure the vast majority of them feel different now knowing what we know

He is not Coach Miles. That's all they can think about.

Fisher fricked up with the way he handled the Winston situation. I personally wouldn't trust Fisher to run a clean program, and I for one, do not want him as the head coach at LSU.

Even though you're a Alabama fan, if I could, I would give you the same amount of upvotes as national championships you knuckleheads claim to have.

i have my doubts as to whether he would come to LSU or not, but i'd take him in a heartbeat at this point.

Harris would be lights out with Fisher teaching him.

The 2006 passing game was fun to watch.

How do you know? Are you a family member? Can't wait until he is introduced as coach
