per Scott Rabalais, Alleva put out a basic list of what he is looking for in a coach.
1. Good Leadership
2. Integrity
3. Motivator
4. Must be Discipline and Accountable
5. Must have Organizational Skills
6. Game Adaptability
7. Good at Recruiting Players and Quality Asst. Coaches
8. Communication Skills

Which Coach does the board says checks off most of these qualities???

He better have, "Will keep Aranda around at all cost" as number 1. That's the key to the next coaches instant success. We can't afford to have 4 DC'a in 4 years. We will have the pieces on offense, we just need a stout D next year.

So being a terrible hc at the only previous stop isn't something he's worried about? Wow, since winning doesn't matter, just add any yahoo walking down the street.

If O fires Ensminger or demotes him and hires Kendall Briles or Applewhite, then I would keep him. He would have to have the balls to do that. Don't think he will. It would have to be in his contract for me. No ifs ands or buts. Period

Looks like a generic list of characteristics every single AD in the country would say they'd want in their head coach. Meaningless PR BS.

This type of shite would make a great psychological case study. Unreal.

Alleva wants Orgeron, so it will be Orgeron.

He can save some $$$ and has a down the bayou accent... His two top must have qualities.

WTF? Enmsinger has been a hell of a OC so far., If we retain coach O then we need it in his contract that he haS TO keep coach Ensminger on as OC and Aranda as DC. We need to keep this group together.

covered those two with "good at recruiting players and quality asst coaches."

should be on the list or at least be a consideration whether the coach has either played or coached in NFL.

After over a decade of Les Miles, this should be #1 on the list.

Not one damn mention of any actual coaching ability. Yep, Coach O fits perfectly.

I've got nothing against Ensminger and I'm happy an alumnus is doing well. But he's running Cameron's offense. How well would he do implementing his own schemes and with player (QB!) development and placement? What would he change with a spring training?

Kendall is a reprehensible piece of shite who sheltered and enabled rapists and Houston fans want Applewhite fired.

I'm in Houston dumbass and haven't heard anything to the sorts. In fact my neighbors are huge UH Boosters and have nothing but positives for Applewhite.
As far as Ensminger, he is a Miles Clone and that's why he was hired.
I'm tired of posting the same shite on him. Go back to the 90's when he ran that crap offense he runs here at TAMU. It got RC fired and all he did was win 9-10 games a year. Also, look at the last 3 opponent
TD we have fac d since he took over RUNNING CAMS OFFENSE. They were ranked before yesterday 78 , 79 and 89 in scoring defense. If this team puts up big numbers against Bama, then I'll change my opinion. Until then, I'll stick to demoting him at best if O wants to be considered for this job or next year y'all will be calling for firing O.
