Bring in #1 recruiting class frequently if not every year. This is what really matters in college sports. Did Saban win anything without top recruiting classes? Heck even Miles did well with a couple of top recruiting classes.

Obviously fisher can recruit as well as anyone

Let's not forget that the reason Ed Oliver went to Houston was b/c his former high school coach was hired by Houston. This is not saying Herman can't recruit, but over emphasizing the Oliver recruitment is misleading.
